All client information, communications, and data are strictly confidential. A Confidentiality Agreement is included with every Service Agreement. Files, passwords, and sensitive materials are securely stored within Google Workspace only. No client information is ever shared with third parties without written consent.Discretion and trust are at the heart of every client relationship.

Aliada operates as an independent consultant, not an employee.
Services do not include childcare, medical care, legal advice, or financial management. Physical errands or on-site tasks must be safe, reasonable, and agreed upon in advance. Aliada reserves the right to decline tasks that fall outside of service scope, safety standards, or professional boundaries. All interactions are conducted with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

Aliada offers weekend and after-hours support with at least one-hour notice.
Because these requests fall outside regular business hours, a 25% rate adjustment applies.
